Novotel Bangna Bangkok Smiles Club > Terms and Conditions  

"The Hotel" refers always to Novotel Bangna Bangkok, a member of the Accor group.

The terms "Management" and "the Management" refer to the executive management team of Novotel Bangna and all staff of the hotel who have been granted specific tasks and duties by the General Manager with regards to Smiles Club administration.

The terms "Smiles Club" and "Club" are interchangeable and refer to the frequent and V.I.P. customer rewards programme of Novotel Bangna Bangkok

The terms "membership card", "card" and "said card" are interchangeable and refer to the Smiles card - official card of Novotel Bangna Bangkok's Smile club.

The terms "card holder", "holder" and "member" are interchangeable and refer to the person who's name corresponds to that imprinted on said card's surface only. 

"Dormant members" refers to those members who have not made use of their card or any of the Hotel's facilities for a period of (or exceeding) 120 days.

The card is not transferable under any circumstance.

The benefits, privileges and discounts granted to the holder can be altered at any time with or without prior notification at the discretion of the management.

Smile Card's Discounts can not be cumulated  with other discounts or promotions.

The Smiles Club reward scheme may be modified, altered and or suppressed  at any time with or without prior warning.

Certain promotions and special events may exclude the use of said card.

Damaged or defaced cards are not valid. Replacement cards will be issued Baht 100 or at a nominal fee according to the discretion of management.

Membership is available against payment of a one time fee of Baht 300. net. This fee is not refundable in any circumstances. The card is valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of issue and will be renewed annually at the discretion of management.

Should a holder wish to forfeit his membership at any time, said holder is requested to notify Novotel Bangna Bangkok in writing and return the card for destruction/recycling.

None of the benefits, privileges and discounts associated with Smiles Club membership will be granted to any member without said member producing this membership card (that card which bears said member's name).

Entries to lucky draws are based on the minimum spending of Baht 500 net in any of our outlets.
